A Texas man has now been arrested in connection to a fatal incident that happened at Oaklawn Gaming Casino & Resort in Hot Springs.
According to reports from the Hot Springs Police Department, just before midnight on September 20, 2026, officers were called to the scene of what they were told was a vehicle versus pedestrian incident that happened in the parking lot of the casino.
While they were on the way, dispatch informed an officer that a female victim was supposedly on the ground, suffering from a possible broken leg and bleeding from her head.
