The River Cree Resort and Casino at Enoch Cree Nation on Edmonton’s western edge is making things easier for families by giving underage guests more indoor access.
As of July 29, the resort will let any visitors with minors to access its facilities from inside the venue, the resort said in a release. Along with its casino, the River Cree it’s host to a number of family-friendly facilities, including a concert stage, multiple restaurants and coffee shops, and a pair of twin ice rinks.
Previously, rules set out by the province and AGLC’s Casino Terms and Conditions and Operating Guidelines prohibited the resort from allowing any unattended minors on casino property or in a facility operating a casino.
