Betson Imperial Parts & Service Tuesday announced the promotion of John McCann to senior sales engineering manager. McCann will leverage his extensive technical expertise to support the sales team and deliver solutions to customers in the newly created role.
Betson distributes parts for arcade, gaming, and coffee markets.
“John has been a tremendous asset to the company for over 35 years and this new role allows him to use his extensive knowledge to support our sales team and customers,” said Betson Imperial Parts & Service President Richard Zayas-Bazan. “He will be a vital bridge between the sales and engineering departments, communicating customer feedback to drive product improvements for our new product lines.”
McCann’s responsibilities will include collaborating with customers and suppliers to understand technical requirements and proposing solutions. He will work closely with the sales team, and provide pre-sales technical support.
McCann will remain as Betson Technical University head professor, conducting training and sharing best practices.
