BetMGM Thursday announced that its sports betting app will have new enhancements and features for the 2023-24 football season.
“We developed our state-of-the-art sports betting platform to feature a variety of ways sports fans can engage,” said BetMGM CEO Adam Greenblatt in a statement. “The next generation of the BetMGM app is a giant step forward in the sports betting experience, increasing the level of entertainment before, during, and after games.”
A free $100,000 survivor pool is among the new features being offered and is available to all BetMGM users.
Other app features include:
- The ability for fans to access BetMGM accounts while traveling to approved markets. Nevada, Canada, and Puerto Rico, along with property-restricted apps through regional partners, are excluded from this feature.
- 8-Bit Barry, a free-to-play game featuring celebrity ambassador Barry Sanders’ gridiron moves on a virtual football field. Prizes include parlay and odds boost tokens, same-game parlay insurance tokens, and bonus bets.
- Same-Game Parlay+ allows players to connect two different same-game parlays into a single wager.
- Exclusive team partner hometown odds boosts give bettors 50 percent live odds boosts for games featuring the Arizona Cardinals, Baltimore Ravens, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, New York Jets and Tennessee Titans. These in-game wagers are only available in the teams’ respective states.
- New BetMGM users can either wager up to $1,500 on their first bet and have it paid back in bonus bets if the wager loses, or bet $10 on any football game and instantly receive $200 in bonus bets.
BetMGM currently operates in 26 markets with mobile and retail offerings.
