BetMGM is adding a popular movie from the 1990s and one of the greatest television series in history as part of its popular culture-themed stable of online slots.
The New Jersey company on Monday announced the launch of Ace Ventura: Pet Detective and Cheers, available in Michigan, and soon to be available on all BetMGM online casinos where the operator’s platform is live, pending regulatory approvals, including Ontario.
Blockbuster movies and beloved TV shows have been making their way to online casino games via BetMGM’s partnership with Atlantic Digital.
Other Atlantic Digital titles that debuted over the past year on BetMGM include The Godfather, Charlie’s Angels and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
The strategy of developing games around pop culture properties has resonated with people and BetMGM will continue building on, with the company adding in a statement that more games around popular movies and TV shows in partnership with Atlantic Digital will follow soon.

With Ace Ventura, a 5×3, 20-line slot, players join Ace on a journey as he tracks down Snowflake the dolphin. The game has four fixed jackpots, mini wheel re-spins and bonus spins with cash-on-reels and multiplier wilds.
In Cheers, a 3×3, 17-line slot, players step inside the Boston bar and join the characters Sam, Woody, Coach, Diane, Carla, Rebecca and Norm, searching for wins that will “make everyone know their name.” It has re-spins with sticky, nudging wilds, three fixed jackpots and nine different bonus games.
