Betfred Friday announced that Kresimir Spajic has been appointed CEO of Betfred USA. Spajic will be in charge of the sportsbook’s vision, strategy, and operations in 10 states, including Colorado, Ohio, and Nevada.

Spajic previously held executive and principal consulting roles with companies including Great Canadian Entertainment, Apollo Global Management, Hard Rock International, Rush Street Interactive, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, and Bwin.
