Axes.ai Tuesday introduced Jonathan Michaels of Michaels Strategies as its strategic fintech advisor. Formerly Senior Vice President, Strategic Development & Government Affairs for Sightline Payments, Michaels will direct Axes.ai strategy for cashless systems, applications and players wallets to banking systems and various funding sources.

Axes.ai’s Information Management System allows customers of casinos, gaming clubs, and route and street operators to play without cash using its smartcard technology. The smartcards offer closed-loop payments experience and permit customers to fund gaming accounts within the establishment. Michaels will work closely with Axes.ai to enhance payments experiences for guests and provide new methods to safely and securely play cashless.
