Aruze Gaming Europe announced Tuesday at ICE London the debut of several igaming titles for the European market. The games will launch in Malta, with the gaming developer aiming to release the titles with several operators in the UK later this month.
“We firmly believe that the future of casino gaming is not a ‘winner-takes-all’ between igaming and brick-and-mortar,” said Aruze Vice President of iGaming Kurt Hansen in a statement. “Successful casino gaming is actually a blend of the two. At Aruze, we’re making this blend our top priority for 2023.”
In January, Aruze announced plans to open its first European office in the Netherlands. The office will serve as the company’s base for sales and support for markets in Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
“Our new office in Europe shows our localized focus for that region,” Hansen said, “which will include expanding our igaming presence and bringing instant winnings and on-the-go fun to our European players.”
Aruze iGaming recently debuted in Malta by way of a partnership with 1X2 Network and Gromada that features five Aruze titles. Aruze currently has more than 30 titles available in New Jersey that will be released to the European market pending approvals.
Aruze plans to target igaming growth in 2023, in conjunction with brick-and-mortar growth, to include more jurisdictions in Europe, Canada, Latin America, and the U.S. Several of Aruze’s igaming titles are adaptations of from its floor titles, as well as some iGaming originals.
Games that are approved, as well as new games under development, are on display at Aruze’s booth S9-330 at ICE London.
