Sunday, October 3, 2021 10:00 AM

Aristocrat Gaming will introduce the next evolution of premium products designed to drive market growth through innovation and player engagement at G2E 2021.

Jon Hanlin, senior vice president of commercial strategy and business analytics, said the company’s goal as expressed from the top is that by focusing on its people, products and capabilities, Aristocrat will be able to service any customer.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we need to do both in delivering great products and service,” Hanlin said. “We have invested heavily in our capabilities, but to be a true partner we have to service our customers in a multi-platform form. It’s not only giving them products but supporting them with marketing and data analytics. It’s a simple view but a 360-view on how to support your customers.”

Aristocrat will be at booth No. 1133.

There, Aristocrat will show a vast array of new games, including “next-generation evolutions of proven game families” such as Mighty Cash Ultra 88 and Gold Stacks 88, along with new innovations like Jackpot Catcher, Triple Supreme, and Wild Fireball Rumble.

“We’ve had a strong year in this recovery period after the reopening,” Hanlin said. “We’ve launched a lot of great products and have strong momentum with our product performance. The focus of our booth at G2E is what will be out in the next six months that can really assist our operating partners in driving revenue on their floors. We’ve seen some of the jurisdictions across the country are at near record levels for revenue, and we want to help our partners keep that going.”

Hanlin noted that, in their premium category, Aristocrat has been on a strong run the last five years and recently launched the Neptune Double, which is the best premium cabinet they’ve ever released.

“By the time we get to G2E, we will have eight titles on that cabinet,” Hanlin said. “We’re maximizing the diversity of choice for our customers. We’ve recently released Buffalo Link, which is a fantastic addition to the market. We’ll be showing Buffalo Cash, which is the higher denom version of Buffalo Link. We’re taking everything we are doing and evolving it and getting better and better. You’ll see the evolution of the Buffalo brand and Lightning Link brand.”

Building on its success in high-denom rooms, Hanlin said Aristocrat will display new products designed for high-limit players with video games including Buffalo High Limit, Pompeii High Limit, and Winline, and new stepper titles including Make That Cash, Wild Wild Wild, Jackpot Hits, and Wheel Max.

“With Winline, we are taking a swing at a brand new game play,” he explained. “It’s taking a shot at the brand-new mechanic and new brand for the high-limit room.”

Aristocrat will also show new innovations to player-favorite brands, including Mighty Cash, Buffalo, Gold Stacks 88, Mr. Cashman, and Make That Cash.

For core stepper players, there’s Aristocrat’s RELM and new RELM 5 Reel. Aristocrat is expanding the game library with new games such as Make That Cash Sensational Stars, Jackpot Hits Red Flame Inferno, Jackpot Hits Sunrise Riches & Twilight Treasures, and Gold Stacks 88 Prosperity Pig.

Hanlin assured that not only will the most popular game in North America, Buffalo Link, be a focal point at G2E, but it will be standing amongst other recently released player favorites including Wild Wild Buffalo and Timber Wolf Diamond.

The all-new adventure of Game of Thrones: Kings Landing will be in the booth, as well as other surprise titles and announcements that won’t be disclosed until the trade show opens.

In addition, VGT Class II Innovations from Aristocrat Gaming will showcase games that bring “high-performing Class II-only content on superior hardware combined with

top trending features and mechanics,” Hanlin said. Aristocrat will unveil a new Class II MarsX Portrait with a launch title that is available only in Class II. In addition, Aristocrat will show Class II exclusives, such as Hunt For El Dorado, Silver Dollar Shoot Out, and a new Buffalo game created exclusively for Class II, Hanlin shared.

The RELM XL cabinet will bring new MSP versions of Polar High Roller, Lucky Ducky, Hot Red Ruby, and Polar Riches. Aristocrat will also unveil a new version of the global sensation Lightning Link for Class II.

For specialty markets, Aristocrat will debut a new line of games built specifically for Washington with upgraded math and new hardware, and the company will showcase innovations for growing markets, such as Historical Horse Racing and VLT with high-performing games and unique hardware.

In addition, Aristocrat’s customer experience solutions (CXS) drive and enhance the guest experience, and the company will show dozens of cutting-edge and innovative CX solutions, including leading solutions for contactless and cashless gaming, such as Aristocrat’s Digital Wallet, the fast and simple way players can fund their entertainment experience online or on an app.

G2E will feature Aristocrat’s PlayerMax loyalty app, which links guests to their account status and allows for fun

interactive brand features like gamification and in-app notifications; the Oasis Loyalty Kiosk, an all-in-one solution that combines card reprinting with promotional tools; and Tickets at the Table, which gives guests a seamless slot-to-table experience.

Guest experience meets employee experience in Drinks on Tap, a fully mobile-based solution that allows guests to easily order drinks, food, merchandise, and more right at the EGM through the nCompass unit, which will be on display. Guests can pay and tip for beverages using comps or points.

Aristocrat will feature the Oasis 360 apps for mobile devices such as EnrollMix, which lets staff quickly enroll players into the player’s club from anywhere on the casino floor; and FloorFocus, a slot dispatch solution that notifies floor attendants and slot technicians when an EGM needs immediate service – and does it all in real time.

There’s also the ONE LINK solution with advanced technologies for progressive management, bonusing, and media management; and Aristocrat’s nVision – a business intelligence tool that empowers operators to better use data with interactive dashboards and customized reporting.
