Bauer will oversee all aspects of resort operations, with a focus on sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Squaxin Island Tribe’s economic development and community priorities.

“Little Creek Casino Resort is an incredible destination – from Salish Cliffs Golf Club to all the incredible amenities at the casino resort itself,” said Bauer. “I am honored to be selected to head such a beautiful and successful resort for the Squaxin Island Tribe. I am committed to the tribe, the team and the community and their trust in me is something I do not take for granted.  Working for native peoples has been a passion of mine for many years and I can’t wait to help this tribe build on their vision in Shelton.”
