Table game developer TCS John Huxley displayed many of its enhanced products during ICE London and the company is looking ahead to new markets coming online.

The company has a worldwide presence through 11 offices. Tracy Cohen, TCS John Huxley’s director of marketing, said the company has products geared for all markets, but have cross-over appeal. In Asia, table games are popular, roulette is a favored game in Europe roulette, while Americans favor blackjack and poker.

Cohen said the company works closely with operators in co-development projects, including games for Las Vegas Sands Corp., which has casinos in Macau and Singapore.

“We must go through a gaming approvals process for that one next in Asia,” Cohen said. “We’re excited about Japan, the potential in Brazil. There are always new areas to be excited about.”

Many TCS products have a period of exclusivity before rolling out to a larger market. One new product “GameBall,” a baccarat-based game with 12-sided dice, was displayed at G2E Asia.

“We have a couple of new products, one is brand new, we’ve launched some new graphics for our number display system,” Cohen said about the company’s products at ICE. “Essentially that is dividing the display board into widgets so that customers can then customize what they see on the screen.”

Added Cohen, “We usually have the last set of winning numbers, statistics for hot and cold numbers for roulette, we show pictures of a wheel spinning and there’s lots of general information you can get on a roulette wheel display. This has allowed casinos to have the flexibility to select the stats that they feel their players want.”
