Legendary NFL quarterback Dan Marino will participate in a keynote panel at the SBC Summit North America.
Marino, a member of the NFL and College Football Hall of Fame and a nine-time Pro Bowl selection, will participate in the Industry and Growth track on the second day of the summit, which is scheduled for May 7-9 at the Meadowland Exposition Center in New Jersey.
“I am honored to be a keynote at the upcoming SBC Summit North America,” Marino said in a statement. “During my time playing in the ’80s and ’90s, social media was nonexistent, and media publications very rarely provided personal accounts of playing in such a league.
“This will be a fantastic opportunity to shed light on some of the behind-the-scenes action, as well as the necessary mindset required to compete in such a competitive league.”
A native of Pittsburgh, Marino attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1979-83, leading the Panthers to a 33-3 record during his career. Drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the 1984 NFL Draft, Marino was the league’s Rookie of the Year his first season, leading the team to the Super Bowl.
After retiring in 2000, Marino became an analyst on CBS’ NFL Today pre-game show and returned to the Dolphins as a special advisor in 2014.
His Dan Marino Foundation, established in 1992, has raised more than $22 million to help children with neurodevelopment disabilities.

In 2022, Marino partnered with Pixiu Gaming, a boutique games studio. The partnership will see a suite of Marino-branded titles released this summer, including slots, keno, and a new innovation, Dan Marino Hail Mary.
Pixiu will donate five percent of its profits from Dan Mary Hail Mary to the Dan Marino Foundation.
