Rhode Island casinos generate more than $54.6 million in revenue in December

Rhode Island casino gaming revenue hit $54.6 million in December, up less than 1 percent from December 2024.

The Rhode Island Lottery report covers data from table games and video lottery terminals. Table games generated $10.1 million in revenue for December, a year-over-year decline of 11.5 percent from $11.4 million.

In contrast, video lottery terminals generated more than $44.5 million in gaming revenue in December, a 3.7 percent increase from $42.9 million in December 2023.

Bally’s Twin River Casino reported $33.8 million in video lottery terminals revenue and $7.9 million from table games. It was a 15 percent year-over-year decline in table game revenue and a 1.9 percent decrease in video lottery terminals revenue.

Bally’s Tiverton Casino generated $2.1 million in table game revenue, a 4.6 percent year-on-year increase, and $10.6 million in video lottery terminal revenue, a decline of 0.4 percent compared to December 2023.
