The high-end Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace opened yesterday for the first time in more than a year after undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation.
Enhancements have been made to the carving, American, and Latin kitchens, as well as the entrance and whole dining room. The Bacchanal’s menu has also been expanded with nearly 100 new dishes. Additionally, for the first time since the buffet launched in 2012, reservations can be made through OpenTable.com.
“After 14 months and a multimillion-dollar renovation, Bacchanal is back,” said Sean McBurney, Regional President of Caesars Entertainment. “I could talk for days about how spectacular this buffet is, but we’re going to let the food do the talking.”
The nine open interactive kitchens continue to be the cornerstone of the Bacchanal. With the redesign, guests now have a close-up view of an array of new and open-fire grills, while new steaming and refrigerated display systems ensure dishes like crab legs are served fresh.
New food selections include dim sum-style food carts that roam the dining room, a number of plant-based and vegan dishes, a wider choice of Southeast Asian flavors, including Laotian, Filipino, and Indonesian, and an all-new seafood station.
The Bacchanal is open for dinner Thursday-Monday 4-10 p.m.
