Quixant rebrand emphasizes strengths of the gaming tech provider

Companies launch rebranding efforts for various reasons, sometimes to promote new products, at other times to start anew after setbacks.

Quixant’s rebranding, announced today, is a re-emphasis of the strengths of the global provider of gaming technology while also acknowledging the ever-changing climate and needs of the industry.

“We’ve been known for a long while as the guys that do the orange boxes,” says Annalisa Bloss, Quixant’s Head of Marketing and Communication. “In recent years, we’ve been turning that on its head. We’ve been diversifying our product offering and looking differently at how we can support the industry and the supply chain.

“And so, the timing (of the rebrand) is essential as we move out of the pandemic and continue diversifying our products with new offerings.”

The orange boxes Bloss refers to reference the color scheme of the shells that encase the technology provider’s products. Its new logo features QUIXANT in capital letters, in an enhanced shade of orange.

But just as important is the company’s newly enhanced product and support platform, the Quixant Hub.

Designed to deliver a brilliant customer experience for Quixant’s current and new customers, the Quixant Hub expands the capabilities of the existing product, support, and ticketing platform. More user-friendly and accessible, the Hub provides a seamless onboarding experience, gives users insights into Quixant’s next-generation hardware and software solutions and its unrivaled technical support, and allows unlimited access to Quixant’s technical documentation, firmware, drivers, software libraries, and applications.

By exclusively concentrating on the gaming industry (with clients in the U.S. and Europe), Quixant can deliver peerless and unmatched quality.

“We could do other verticals,” Bloss says. “But we want to be a specialist provider. And focusing exclusively on gaming means all of our product development roadmap is only tailored to the needs of the gaming market.

“It’s a small but powerful industry. And being specific means everything we do, the technology we create, the teams we hire are focused on gaming and enabling the industry to deliver the ultimate gaming experience. Our R&D efforts are reinvested exclusively into gaming unlike many of the other supplies to the industry.”

Quixant’s next-generation IQ, IQON and QMAX Gaming Hardware Platforms are powered by its game-optimizing Software Hub solutions and diversified to offer a range of bespoke and highly customizable cabinets for the video lottery and betting industries. Launching the new brand identity marks a significant milestone for Quixant and is a segue into the next stage of the company’s progression to continue to provide gaming excellence for its customers.

Because of Quixant’s laser focus on this industry segment, its clients get powerful, reliable and tailored solutions, that enable them to focus their efforts on getting their games to market more quickly.

“Our focus is how can we provide technology, support, expertise and key resources, so the people who are manufacturing the game spend less time worrying about the performance of their hardware,” Bloss says. “They can spend more time focusing on elements that makes the game different, stand out, and ultimately get it to market faster. The longer they take in the game development process, the more expensive the process is.”

The rebrand and Quixant Hub are being rolled out today, February 28. Users can access the platform with their existing login details here: https://support.quixant.
