Konami Gaming on Tuesday announced that its SYNKROS casino management system has been selected by Happy Valley Casino in State College, Pennsylvania. Scheduled to open in in 2026, Happy Valley Casino is a new gaming destination that’s been awarded a Category 4 license by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
The casino will feature 600 slots, 30 table games, and dining options, with patron loyalty and gaming enterprise management powered by Konami’s SYNKROS. With a focus on guest experience and operational efficiency, Happy Valley Casino, Konami’s SYNKROS advancements include the SYNKROS Drink System and the Konetic employee mobile application.
“Delivering a top-tier guest experience is core to Happy Valley Casino, as the property looks ahead to opening its doors to future patrons from across the region,” Happy Valley Casino CEO and General Manager Eric Pearson said in a statement. “The level of convenience, efficiency, innovation, and system reliability that Konami’s SYNKROS casino management system provides is central to achieving this mission, both in Happy Valley Casino’s immediate launch phase and in the years to come.”
SYNKROS includes a marketing suite, system integrations, and real-time 99.9% availability. Guests at Happy Valley Casino will benefit from on-demand digital drink order options directly at the game device through SYNKROS Drink System.
The casino also will benefit from faster team response times on the floor with the support of Konami’s Konetic employee mobile app and its advanced dispatch module. These tools interact seamlessly with SYNKROS’ single code base system.

Located in Pennsylvania’s Happy Valley region, the casino is developed and managed by SC Gaming LLC and Saratoga Casino Holdings LLC.
