The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported Wednesday that the Commonwealth generated $6.79 billion from all forms of gambling in 2025, up 10.7% from 2024’s $6.13 billion, the fifth straight year that Pennsylvania has set a record for gambling revenue.
In a news release, the PGCB stated that the growth was fueled by a 27% increase in igaming revenue to $2.77 billion in 2025, up from 2024’s $2.18 billion.
Slot machine revenue dipped slightly in Pennsylvania during 2025, from $2.44 billion in 2024 to last year’s $2.43 billion, a 0.6% decrease. Parx Casino in Philadelphia ($374.7 million, down 0.1%), Wind Creek Bethlehem ($274.5 million, down 4.2%), and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh ($258.4 million, down 1.7%), led the state in slot revenue.
The increase in igaming revenue was led by Hollywood Casino at Penn National in Grantville, which generated $1.05 billion, up 28.6% over 2024’s $820.7 million. Valley Forge Casino Hotel in King of Prussia brought in $777.6 million, up 35.6% from 2024’s $573.5 million. Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s igaming revenue was $441.6 million, up 16.3% from 2024’s $379.6 million.
Sports wagering revenue was $602.4 million in 2025 compared to $510.7 million in 2024, up 18%. Valley Forge Casino Hotel brought in $274.2 million, up 0.8% compared to 2024’s $272.1 million. Hollywood Casino at the Meadows in Meadowland saw sports betting revenue reach $168.1 million from 2024’s $132.2 million, up 27.2%. Hollywood Casino Morgantown generated revenue of $27.5 million, up 30% from 2024’s $21.3 million.
