Pavilion Payments on Tuesday appointed Kaleigh Thompson Chief of Staff. Her role will include strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and cross-functional execution across the organization.
“The addition of a Chief of Staff is a game-changer for our organization, and Kaleigh embodies the culture we are building here,” Pavilion Payments President Diallo Gordon said in a statement. “This role is the connective tissue across our many teams — aligning priorities, building strong internal and external relationships, and ensuring we turn strategy into execution. It’s about creating clarity, accelerating outcomes, and eliminating the gap between vision and results.”
Thompson has more than a decade of experience in the gaming industry, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at Gaming Arts, where she contributed to accounting, compliance, product, marketing, and sales. According to a news release, Thompson’s “cross-functional expertise and deep operational insight” will make her a valuable asset as Pavilion Payments continues to expand its portfolio of products and services.
As Chief of Staff, Thompson will partner with Pavilion Payments’ leadership team to advance key initiatives, strengthen cross-functional execution, and help scale the company’s operational and strategic effect.
“Pavilion Payments delivers proven technology and understands the real-world needs of casino operations,” said Thompson. “My focus is on aligning teams and accelerating execution to bring innovative solutions to market and deliver measurable impact for our operator partners.”
