Internet Sports International (ISI) recently helped its technology partner, Three Rivers Casino Resort, win Best Sportsbook of the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
The first win of the award for Three Rivers Casino, it’s partially attributable to ISI’s efforts to refine the casino’s product offerings and guest experiences.
“ISI quickly implemented its technology and offerings in our operations at Three Rivers, while evolving and shifting its capabilities to adjust to the needs and wants of our growing clientele,” said Three Rivers Casino Director of Gaming Rick Ray in a statement. “We needed a trusted and valued backend technology partner to help revitalize the guest experience in our sportsbook, as well as modernize our entire operation. Due to the relationship we’ve built with ISI, we’ve expanded the portfolio of bets our sportsbook accepts, and increased limits which in turn increased our guest value in the sportsbook.”
ISI deployed interface enhancements, increased market uptime, and implemented continuous product improvements including increased bet limits and more offerings. Three Rivers Casino’s sportsbook increased its handle by almost 80% and experienced month-over-month growth from July 2022 through July 2023.
