Igaming provider and Kambi subsidiary Shape Games has entered a long-term partnership with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, one of the largest federally recognized tribes in the United States, with Shape providing the tribe with its customer engagement solutions and front-end services to support its sportsbook and online casino operations.

“We are delighted to be enhancing our customer acquisition and retention capabilities in partnership with Shape Games,” Chris Scrivner, Executive Director of Gaming and Hospitality, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, said in a news release. “Shape Games’ commitment to offering seamless and engaging user experiences and proven delivery in both the sports betting and icasino spaces aligns with our own, making them an ideal partner as we continue our growth trajectory.”

“The agreement represents a real milestone for Shape Games, extending our presence in the Americas with a hugely recognizable and successful operator. Trust is paramount in tribal partnerships, and we look forward to delivering a best-in-class gaming experience promoting long term sustainable revenues for the Choctaw Nation,” Martin Mouroux Dam, Managing Director at Shape Games, said in the release.

The Choctaw Nation owns several gaming destinations in southeastern Oklahoma, including Choctaw Landing, which opened in April. The tribe joins several other Kambi sportsbook partners, such as Svenska Spel, BetWarrior and BetCity, in using Shape Games’ services. Kambi acquired Shape Games for around $38.4 million in September 2022.
