The Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma this week announced a partnership with Lady Luck Games for metaverse-based igaming.

Scheduled to launch in late 2023, the venture will give the Tribe’s property, Indigo Sky Casino & Resort, the ability to reach global audiences.

“The Eastern Shawnee Tribe is excited about our partnership with Lady Luck Games,” said the treasurer of the Eastern Shawnee’s business committee, Justin Barnett, in a statement. “…We continue to look at ways to diversify our business portfolio. The Tribe is a strong supporter of our surrounding communities, and this will allow us to continue to be a good partner.”

Lucky Lady Games CEO and Founder Sandra Wong said her company is excited to “build something never seen before in Web3 gaming. Indigo Gaming will feature off- and on-chain casino gaming that ties back to the land-based property. It is a very exciting time for innovation in the casino gaming space and the team at Indigo Sky Casino & Resort really know their customers and their growing needs. We are happy to be part of their success story.”
