November gaming revenue at Detroit’s three casinos holds at $108 million

Detroit casinos saw revenue remain stable in November, decreasing just 0.1% from $108.3 million to $108.2 million year over year.

According to the latest report from the Michigan Gaming Control Board, only one of the three casinos in Detroit experienced a loss last month versus November 2024.

The MGM Grand Detroit generated the highest revenue in November, with slots and table games totaling $50.7 million, up 3% from the $49.2 million generated in November 2024. Sports betting generated $587,294, a 28.4% increase year-over-year from $457,409.

Hollywood Casino at Greektown also saw slot and table games revenue rise, up 1% year-over-year from to $24.4 million. However, retail sports betting revenue fell 37.4% year-over-year, decreasing from $886,249 to $554,751.

MotorCity Casino saw a decline in slot and table games revenue from $33.1 million to $31.4 million, a 5% decrease year-over-year. Retail sports betting also saw a slight year-over-year decline of 0.9%, falling from $571,059 to $565,718.

Overall, slots and table games combined revenue in the state totaled $106.5 million, a 0.1% increase from the $106.4 million generated in November 2024. Retail sports betting saw revenue fall 10.8% year-over-year, declining from $1.9 million to $1.7 million.
