Charitable gaming revenue in New Hampshire reached $23.7 million in September, up 62.6% from the previous year’s $14.6 million and lead by $5.8 million from the Nash, which opened in March.
The figures, published by the New Hampshire Lottery, showed that The Brook reported a revenue increase of 22.1%, rising from $4.1 million to $5 million, and that Revo Casino and Social Club in Lebanon had the greatest revenue increase in September, rising from $714,248 to $1.8 million, a 147.3% year-over-year increase, after upgrading from a smaller venue called Lebanon Poker Room in December.
Four casinos reported double-digit declines in September. The Lucky Moose reported the steepest, with revenue dropping from $529,658 to $28,042, a 94.7% decrease. Lakes Region Casino dropped 47%, Chasers Poker Room dropped 39.5% and Aces + Eights Casino declined 28.1% year-over-year.
Statewide, historical horse racing generated $18.2 million, up 60.7% year-over-year from $11.3 million. Games of chance produced $5.5 million, up 69.1% from the previous year’s $3.3 million.
