New boss takes reins at Chamonix

Brandon Lenssen has been named the new general manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Full House Resorts informed investors of the change as part of the March 6 earnings release, but waited until March 11 to make a formal announcement.

Lenssen comes to Full House from Quick Custom Intelligence. There, his remit was to help casinos optimize game performance through data-driven strategies. His appointment to Chamonix is part of a larger overhaul of management at the Rocky Mountain resort.

A veteran of Bally’s Corp., Lenssen spent five years at Bally’s Black Hawk, presiding over three Colorado casinos. According to Full House, “While at Bally’s, he successfully worked with regulators and slot system providers to integrate a seamless TITO ticketing solution across multiple casino licenses—an initiative that significantly improved customer convenience and operational efficiency.”

That was not his first Black Hawk stint. Lenssen was also senior director of gaming operations at Isle of Capri Black Hawk. in addition, he worked in gaming analytics at VizExplorer.

Along with his pay package, Lenssen is being incentivized with a grant of 24,213 Full House shares, which will vest between March 2026 and March 2028. At press time, their value was $101,694.60.
