Guests of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, through kiosks on the casino floor, have donated more than $300,000 to various charities through a program that began in 2018. Through the slot manufacturer Everi Cares Giving Module, patrons can donate a portion of their TITO tickets to organizations of their choice.

“Our slot-machine change program has given us the opportunity to support these great organizations and their tremendous work in our region,” Monarch Casino & Resort Corporate Director of Slot Operation Steve Ringkob said in a statement. “As we celebrate surpassing the $300,000 mark in donations, this milestone is proof that even the smallest of donations can help to make a big difference.”

The Atlantis is owned and operated by Monarch Casino & Resorts.

Donations have been made to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada, the American Cancer Society – Great West Division, Honor Flight Nevada, and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeastern California and Northern Nevada.

The Atlantis was the first northern Nevada casino to deploy the Everi Cares Giving Module. Guests can donate change to a specific charity, distribute change between all four listed charities, or receive the full amount of their ticket back. Atlantis averages $150 per day in donations to the organizations.
