Gaming Technology Group (GTG) received unanimous approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission on November 18 for its new EPIC 2000 multigame machine, featuring eight video keno games and six video poker variations. GTG’s new game completes a multi-year development cycle and approval effort.

GTG had previously received a unanimous recommendation for approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board on November 3.

“It’s good to see that you’re anticipating needs and filling voids. That’s probably the key to your success,” said Commissioner Ogonna Brown during the Nevada Gaming Commission meeting.

Scott Cox, Chief Operations Officer, and James Rathbun, Director of Product Development, represented Gaming Technology Group at the Nevada Gaming Commission’s November meeting.

“This is a major step forward for Gaming Technology Group in the Nevada market,” said Cox. “We would like to thank our field-trial partners, Stations Casino and Golden Gaming, for their continued support of our game”
