Gaming Technology Group (GTG) received unanimous approval from the Nevada Gaming Commission on November 18 for its new EPIC 2000 multigame machine, featuring eight video keno games and six video poker variations. GTG’s new game completes a multi-year development cycle and approval effort.
GTG had previously received a unanimous recommendation for approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board on November 3.
“It’s good to see that you’re anticipating needs and filling voids. That’s probably the key to your success,” said Commissioner Ogonna Brown during the Nevada Gaming Commission meeting.
Scott Cox, Chief Operations Officer, and James Rathbun, Director of Product Development, represented Gaming Technology Group at the Nevada Gaming Commission’s November meeting.

Gaming Technology Group is a Nevada-based gaming company with offices in Las Vegas and Reno and more than 180 products with its route systems installed throughout Nevada. The company is also a licensed manufacturer and distributor of the EPIC 2000 game in California and is licensed by numerous tribal gaming entities in the state.
