Backed by new and expanded casinos, Nebraska casino revenue was $21.9 million in September, up 38.4% year-over-year from $15.83 million in September 2024. The latest report from the Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission showed that three casinos reported double-digit revenue gains.
WarHorse Casino Lincoln had the greatest increase, with revenue rising 42.5% year-over-year to $6.44 million from $4.52 million. This was followed by The Grand Island Casino, with revenue rising 40.1% year-over-year to $4.4 million. WarHorse Casino Omaha saw revenue rising to $8.1 million, the highest of the five, and up 30.9% year-over-year. Harrah’s Columbus was the only casino to see a year-over-year loss, with revenue dropping 0.5% to $1.97 million.
Lake Mac Casino, which opened in August, reported $527,419 in revenue for the month, with slots making up 81% of revenue.
Slot revenue in Nebraska reached $18.9 million in September, a 38.8% year-over-year increase from $13.62 million. Table games saw a triple-digit increase of 114.2% from $854,493 to $1.83 million, and electronic table games increased 415.5% from $121,163 to $624,576.
