Casino revenue was down 5% year-over-year for Missouri’s 13 licensed riverboat casinos in February, generating $149.3 million in adjusted gross revenue (AGR) compared to $157 million in February 2024.
The Missouri Gaming Commission reported that electronic gaming devices generated $127 million in slot wins, down 6% year-over-year from $135.6 million. Table game wins produced $22.2 million, up 4 percent compared to the previous year’s $21.3 million.
Four casinos in the Show-Me State generated revenue higher than $15 million: Ameristar St. Charles ($23.3 million), River City Casino ($21.5 million), Hollywood Casino ($19 million) and Ameristar Kansas City ($15 million).
Ameristar St Charles’ year-over-year decline was 3%, dropping from $23.9 million, while River City Casino’s revenue was up 6% compared to February 2024’s $20.3 million.
Hollywood Casino and Ameristar Kansas City also reported revenue declines during February. Ameristar Kansas City had the most significant drop out of the four, down from $16.8 million to $15 million (11%). Hollywood Casino dropped from $20.6 million to $19 million (8%).
