Missouri: 12 of 13 casinos see revenue rise in January, up 13.1% year-over-year statewide

Missouri riverboat casinos record 13.1% year-over-year revenue increase in January

Missouri casinos generated $158.3 million in revenue in January, up 13.1% year-over-year.

According to the latest report from the Missouri Gaming Commission, statewide, slots and table games experienced year-over-year revenue rises. Table games revenue reached $21.8 million in January, up 6.6%; while slots saw revenue rise 14.2% to $136.4 million.

Ameristar St. Charles lead all casinos with $168.7 million, up 5%.

Mark Twain Casino reported the most significant revenue rise, up 26.3% to $2.9 million, while St. Jo Frontier Casino was up 22.2% to just more than $4 million. Isle of Capri Boonville was up 21.9% to just more than $7.2 million.

Additional rises were recorded by Harrah’s Kansas City, up 21.5% to $14.8 million; Horseshoe St. Louis, up 19.2% to $12.7 million; and River City, up 13% to $21.6 million.

Century Caruthersville casino was the only venue to see a year-over-year decline, down 0.5% to $4.2 million.
