Mississippi’s commercial casinos generated $226.2 million in March, down 3.7% from $235.1 million last year.
Slot machines generated $189 million in revenue, down 3.1% from $195.2 million. Table games generated $32.3 million, down 4.2% from $33.7 million.
The Mississippi Gaming Commission also revealed in its report that casinos from the state’s coastal region generated the highest revenue in March, recording $144.5 million in slot and table game revenue, down 2.9% from last year’s $148.9 million.
Casinos in the northern region generated $50.7 million in revenue last month, down 5.5% from $53.7 million in March 2024.
Mississippi’s central region reported $30.9 million in combined slot and table game revenue, down 4.5% from $32.4 million a year ago.
