Mindway AI names Yardena Almagor Customer Success Manager

Mindway AI on Monday appointed Yardena Almagor as Customer Success Manager. With more than 15 years of experience in the gambling industry, Almagor was most recently Head of Player Safety at Evoke.

She will be based in Mindway AI’s London office.

 “Bringing Yardena on board marks a significant step for Mindway AI as we continue to bolster our capabilities in client success,” Mindway AI CEO Rasmus Kjaergaard said in a statement. “Yardena’s extensive industry knowledge and dedicated approach to player safety truly aligns with our mission of providing unparalleled player protection. We are confident that her contributions will enhance our clients’ experience and satisfaction, driving our continued success.” 

Almagor’s role at Evoke involved leading the development and implementation of comprehensive safer gambling strategies, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and a steadfast commitment to customer protection. According to a news release, her “proactive, customer-focused approach, combined with her excellent communication skills, makes her an integral addition to the team” as Mindway AI continues to scale operations across the globe.
