Responsible-gambling company Mindway AI Wednesday announced a strategic partnership to enhance player protections and promote responsible-gambling practices for BetCity.nl, a Netherlands-based online-sports-betting operator.
Through the partnership, BetCity.nl will have access to Mindway AI’s GameScanner software and its algorithms and AI-driven tools that analyze player-behavior patterns and detect early signs of problem gambling. By using real-time data and behavioral insights, BetCity.nl can proactively intervene and provide personalized support to at-risk players.
