Massachusetts: Table game revenue drop pulls casino revenue down 2.1% year-over-year in November

Commercial casino revenue in Massachusetts fell 2.1% year-over-year in November, from $100.9 million in 2024 to $98.7 million in 2025. Slot revenue reached $72.3 million in November, up 4.8% from $69 million in 2024, but table games revenue dropped 17.3% from $31.9 million to $26.4 million.

According to the latest report from the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, MGM Springfield reported a 6.3% year-over-year increase in revenue in November, rising from $23.1 million to $24.6 million. While slot revenue saw a 9.8% year-over-year increase from $18.1 million to $19.9 million, table games revenue fell 6.5% from $5 million to $4.7 million.

Encore Boston Harbor experienced the most significant revenue decline, falling 5.5% from $63.1 million to $59.6 million, which was the highest revenue in the state. Table games revenue fell for the casino by 19.3% from $26.9 million to $21.7 million. However, slots revenue rose by 4.7% year-over-year from $36.2 million to just less than $38 million.

Plainridge Park Casino, which only offers slots, saw revenue drop 1% in November from $14.6 million to $14.5 million.
