Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland on Wednesday announced Gretchen Holzhauser will be the new Vice President of Human Resources, leading human resources activities across the property.
“Ms. Holzhauser brings years of experience and impressive accomplishments that will help us in achieving our team member initiatives and in building a workplace culture that will drive Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland towards a successful future,” Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland EVP and General Manager Ryan Eller said in a statement.
Holzhauser has more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and eight years of experience in executive human resources roles.
Before joining Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland, Holzhauser was Vice President of Human Resources and Privacy and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Officer for Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania; Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Operational Excellence & HRIS for Scarlet Pearl Casino & Resort in D’Iberville, Mississippi; and Corporate Director of Operational Excellence and Corporate Manager of Operational Excellence at Caesars Entertainment in Nevada, New Jersey and Louisiana.
