Maryland casino revenue up 1% year-over-year in October to $162.1 million

Casinos in Maryland generated $162.1 million in October, up 1% from the $160.5 million generated in October 2024.

The latest report from the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission showed that Horseshoe Casino Baltimore saw the highest revenue increase, rising 12.7% from $13.8 million to $15.5 million. The Ocean Downs Casino saw a revenue increase 11.1% from $7.3 million to $8.1 million. Live! Casino and Hotel’s revenue rose 1.7% from $58.7 million to $59.7 million.

Hollywood Casino saw a decrease of 10.5% from $7.2 million to $6.4 million. MGM National Harbor was the highest-earning casino, generating $67.9 million in October, down 1.9% $69.2 million generated in 2024.

Revenue for the Rocky Gap Casino was up 0.7% from $4.37 million to $4.40 million.

Statewide, revenue for slots increased 2.4% in October to $113.1 million, from $110.5 million, while table games revenue fell 2.1% from just less than $50 million to $48.9 million.
