Marker Trax Monday announced the release of Moolah Play, an optimized underwriting process.

In conjunction with first-in-class vendors, Moolah Play makes it possible to consider a customer’s ability to pay back lines of credit and calculate expected future profitability in credit issuance. The company states that Moolah Play will lead to more accurate and inclusive underwriting decisions, bringing more customers into the fold than before.

“Our vision from the beginning was to add crucial, yet missing, efficiency to the traditional gaming credit process,” said Marker Trax President Charlie Skinner in a statement. “Marker Trax achieved that out of the gate. And now, Moolah Play will propel our company and the advancement of cashless credit to new heights.”

Through a collaboration with Euronet Global Data Solutions’ team, Marker Trax has completely rebuilt the data analysis capabilities for Moolah Play. This functionality permits analysis of the effect of Moolah Play’s implementation on the operator’s overall business.

Moolah Play also offers enhanced marketing support for operators. Instead of handling the responsibility of branding and marketing campaigns for integration, Moolah Play provides full operator support including a library of collateral templates and direct mail samples and e-blast creation, including full brand-building support from Marker Trax.

“When we started this company, it was with a simple but ambitious goal: to streamline the credit process for everyone,” said Marker Trax Founder and CEO Gary Ellis. “Moolah Play is the natural evolution of everything we’ve been working on from the beginning.”

“The introduction of Moolah Play to the gaming community is the culmination of everything that makes cashless credit a benefit to both operators and players alike,” said Marker Trax Chief Marketing Officer Carol Thompson. “With all the improvements made to our patented technology, introducing a new brand identity was a natural next step to showcase the growth of our product and our company as a whole.”

Moolah Play officially launches at Ellis Island Hotel, Casino & Brewery in Las Vegas on Oct. 5, coinciding with its industry debut at the Global Gaming Expo Oct. 9-12 at the Venetian Exp Center, at Booth 2030. Enrollment events will continue through October, with Marker Trax also offering a special welcome gift to new or existing customers who update to the new Moolah Play mobile application.
