Celebrity and Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsey is taking his brand to one of the centers of American cuisine.
Horseshow Lake Charles, a Caesars Entertainment property in Louisiana, Wednesday announced Gordon Ramsay Steak will open for dining in November.
It’s Ramsay’s first restaurant in the Bayou State.
“I’m honored to open a Gordon Ramsay Steak at the brand-new Horseshoe Lake Charles,” said Ramsay in a statement. “My continued partnership with Caesars Entertainment has provided many exciting opportunities and I’m thrilled to introduce Louisiana to Gordon Ramsay Steak and bring world-class dishes and impeccable service to our guests.”
The menu at the new restaurant will feature Louisiana blue crab cake, dry-aged prime beef, American and Japanese Wagyu, chops, and crispy skin salmon. Also available will be one of Ramsay’s signature dishes, Beef Wellington, served medium rare with glazed root vegetables, potato purée, and red wine demi-glaze along with his sticky toffee pudding dessert.
Gordon Ramsay Steak will seat 200 and also feature a full bar and extensive wine list.
“Gordon Ramsay is one of the most decorated chefs in the world and we couldn’t be happier to welcome his culinary vision to Lake Charles,” said Horseshoe Lake Charles SVP and General Manager Russell Deaver. “The addition of Gordon Ramsay Steak will only strengthen the amenities our visitors can experience with us here at Horseshoe.”
