International Game Technology announced Monday that the company has reached an agreement to provide its IGT Advantage casino-management system to Dreamscape Companies’ Rio Hotel & Casino starting in the fourth quarter of this year.
In addition to deploying IGT Advantage, the Rio will leverage IGT’s M5 content-delivery system to run Random Riches and Lucky Coin bonuses. IGT’s Mobile Host and Mobile Responder employee-convenience apps will elevate customer service, while Taxable Accrual will help optimize player self-service jackpot processing.
“IGT Advantage with M5 and various bonusing and service apps will play integral roles in the Rio’s capacity to deliver player experiences and advance our gaming floor and loyalty program,” said Kevin Sweet, the Rio’s chief gaming officer. “The scalable and modular nature of IGT Advantage is ideal for our property revitalization efforts and positions us to adapt and evolve our gaming floor and loyalty program over time.”
