Konami Gaming Wednesday announced the appointments of Chris Rowe as vice president of North American game sales and Shane Thompson to director of sales, corporate accounts.
Rowe has more than 20 years in the gaming industry, including executive management and sales leadership experience in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and Africa. In his new role, Rowe will be responsible for the growth of game sales in the United States and Canada.
Since 2020, Thompson has been part of Konami’s game sales team. His responsibilities will include managing and developing business relationships with corporate casino organizations, along with continued focus on Canada.
“For years, Chris Rowe has cultivated an outstanding leadership ability to strengthen customer relationships and achieve growth objectives, throughout vastly diverse global markets,” said Konami Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Jay Bertsch in a statement. “This senior management appointment, along with Shane Thompson’s promotion, deepen our ongoing commitment to casinos we serve.”
