Konami Gaming on Tuesday announced a series of internal promotions to vice president, expanding its senior management.
Within the research and development department for its SYNKROS casino management system, Konami named Jeff George as Vice President of Customer Support, Adriane McGrath as Vice President of Professional Services; David Schwartz as Vice President of UI/UX & Database Development; and Eddie Sepich as Vice President of Embedded & Interface Development.
Konami also has promoted personnel is administrative areas of the business. Brian Alu is the new Vice President of Information Technology, Jeanie Griese is Vice President of Human Resources, and Noah VanWetten is Vice President of Supply Chain, Purchasing, & Manufacturing.
The additions to Konami Gaming’s senior management team have more than 90 years of combined experience at the organization.
“As Konami Gaming’s technology offering and marketing reach continues to expand, we are pleased to highlight these key internal promotions in support of our casino customers,” Konami Gaming, President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Jingoli said in a statement. “The latest additions to Konami’s senior management team exemplify the level of service, integrity, innovation, and teamwork that is core to our company values and long-term success.”
George was hired by Konami Gaming as Director of Software Engineering after the acquisition of all shares of Paradigm Gaming Systems, where George served as Vice President of Software Engineering. Since then, George has played a central role in the development of Konami’s SYNKROS casino management system.
McGrath has more than 25 years of experience in the casino and bingo industry. She leads the organization’s key accounts team to ensure customer satisfaction, collaboration, and success with the SYNKROS casino management system.
Schwartz joined Konami Gaming’s engineering team in 2006, and has worked on the design, development, and user experience of the SYNKROS casino management system. Most recently, he was promoted to Vice President, UI/UX & Database Development in 2025.
Sepich joined Konami Gaming in 2003 and has held numerous leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Embedded & Interface Development this year to lead the global development life cycle for the embedded and interface components of Konami’s SYNKROS casino management system.
Alu’s tenure with Konami Gaming dates to 2011 in systems and network engineering. His various roles with the company include being appointed Director of IT in 2022.
Griese joined the organization as HR Generalist and was promoted to to Vice President of Human Resources this year. Her HR career spans more than 25 years.
VanWetten joined Konami Gaming as Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing in 2022. He was promoted to Vice President of Supply Chain, Purchasing, & Manufacturing this year.
