Kelcey Allison, Mark Hettinger, joining Aruze Gaming Global management team

Empire Technological Group, d/b/a Aruze Gaming Global, Tuesday announced that Kelcey Allison has been promoted to Global Chief Operating Officer and Mark Hettinger is the company’s new general counsel.

“We are delighted to welcome Mark Hettinger and congratulate Kelcey Allison,” said Aruze Gaming Global President Frank Feng in a statement. “Mark and Kelcey’s proven track record and combined history of accomplishments will be pivotal in the execution of Empire’s strategic plan, including the integration of Empire Technological Group and Play Synergy with Aruze Gaming and the ultimate goal of being recognized as the highest value-add provider of electronic gaming machines and Online in the world.”

Allison has more than 25 years of executive management experience, including as CEO of Aruze Gaming America, as senior vice president for Ainsworth Technology, and as CEO of GSL Gaming Group. He was most recently senior vice president of sales and marketing at Play Synergy and Empire.

Before joining Aruze Gaming Global, Hettinger was general manager of Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. He has also served as chief legal officer, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Walker Digital Table Systems Hettinger also worked in senior management positions with International Game Technology, WMS Gaming, and Scientific Games.
