Green Valley Ranch Resort has unveiled the next phase of its $200 million property-wide transformation: the renovation of its guest rooms, suites, and convention space at the suburban Las Vegas property. The Henderson resort will transform all 493 rooms and suites with a comprehensive top-to-bottom redesign.
“This transformation represents a new era of luxury at Green Valley Ranch,” said Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager of the resort. “Every room and suite has been completely reimagined with bespoke finishes, refined design, and thoughtful touches that cater to the discerning modern traveler. Our new accommodations will be some of the most distinctive rooms and suites in the city and will complement the elevated experiences we offer across the property.”
The multi-phased renovation of the 422 guestrooms and 71 suites means each space will be “meticulously transformed to evoke a sophisticated pied-à-terre, blending residential warmth with layered textures and intimate details to create a welcoming retreat for every guest,” the company said in its announcement.
Guided by a design by owner Station Casinos’ in-house team in partnership with Avenue Interior Design, the phased hotel tower remodel is already underway. The resort’s West Tower is set to be completed in the fall, with the renovation of the East Tower and South Lobby completed in 2026. Additional suites in the East Tower will be unveiled in the coming months, alongside additional property announcements, including the renovation of the resort’s meeting and convention spaces.
As part of the redesign, the 98 deluxe king and 64 double-queen rooms, each 495 square feet, will undergo a full renovation.
Design elements include stone surfaces, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, and waterfall edges with custom hardware. Rooms also feature LED vanity mirrors, a fully stocked minibar, 65-inch smart TVs, Nespresso machines, a Conair garment steamer, automated lighting control system, plush robes, and analog alarm clocks.
The West Tower’s 37 suites “will be re-imagined to offer an blend of contemporary elegance and avant-garde design,” the company said. Amenities include 75”-85” smart TVs, state-of-the-art entertainment systems, extensive minibar selections, in-room Nespresso machines, plush robes, and steamers. The Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite offer personalized butler service.
The sixteen 715-square-foot executive suites and the 10 with patios boast a sophisticated, contemporary design, the company said.
“These suites offer flexible king or two-queen configurations with an adjoining sitting area, complemented by pool-view balconies or vineyard-facing patios. The luxurious en-suite encompasses floor-to-ceiling Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble surfaces, twin vanities, soaking tub, separate shower, private water closet, and a makeup station.”
Each of the eight 1,000-square-foot one-bedroom suites include a living and dining room and bar area.
Appointments include oversized smart televisions, minibar, in-room Nespresso service, robes, garment-steaming facilities, and lighting controls.
One-bedroom 1,190-square-foot Patio Suites boast a foyer, living area, walk-around bar, and “dining accommodations for entertaining.” The en-suite features a soaking tub and an oversized vanity. A private patio connects the living room to the bedroom, offering views of the resort’s pool area and the Las Vegas skyline.
At the top of the West Tower is the Penthouse, a 2,790- square-foot two-bedroom with an 180-degree view of the Strip, an 85-inch TV screen, a red-tiger-onyx four-seat bar, and a fully stocked butler’s kitchen with a separate entrance.
