As part of its strategy to leverage AI and data analytics within the igaming sector, Golden Matrix Group has launched the second version of its online casino game recommender.
Developed by its subsidiary, Meridianbet, Version 2.0 targets the igaming segment with enhanced personalization and tracking capabilities, which the company hopes will “improve user engagement, retention and revenue performance.”
The updated recommender can process an expanded dataset, including the player’s demographics and behaviors, to deliver more precise game recommendations that more accurately resonate with individual tastes.
Golden Matrix also plans to extend V2 to mobile apps to enhance platform profitability and user engagement further. It is operational on core Meridianbet online casino sites.
The company launched the technology this summer, which splits games into “Games You Might Like” and “Games You’ve Tried.” According to the latest press release, data shows increased user retention, interaction and extended playtime with these personalized recommendations.
This summer also saw Golden Matrix report its financial results for the second quarter, revealing $39.4 million in revenue, up 75 percent year-over-year. The strong results follow the company’s acquisition of Meridianbet in March.
“The quarter has been marked by significant achievements and promising opportunities and I am excited about the future of this newly consolidated and diversified business,” Meridianbet CEO Zoran Milošević said in a news release.
