Gold Strike Casino Resort in Tunica, Mississippi, has rebranded its sportsbook under the DraftKings banner. The news was announced Wednesday.

DraftKings is deploying 10 of its proprietary betting kiosks in the sportsbook to supplement four walk-up betting windows. In addition, Gold Strike is fielding four kiosks for betting on horse racing, “making Gold Strike the only casino to offer horse-race betting in the Mid-South,” according to the casino.

Patrons won’t be able to watch sports in the book. However, 50 HDTV sets are on tap next door in the Gold Strike sports bar.

The DraftKings-branded sports book will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, allowing for seasonal variances. The kiosks will be available for betting around the clock.

Gold Strike General Manager Dean Rubin stated, “Our reputation for excellence, combined with DraftKings’s innovation, will elevate our sportsbook to new heights and set the bar for sports betting in the regional gaming market.”

Added DraftKings Vice President of Retail Sports Books Michael Kibort, “Gold Strike Casino Resort is a leading entertainment destination within the region and together, we will be able to deliver sports fans with the latest sports betting offerings and a best-in-class experience.”
