Global Gaming Women has announced its roster of events during the Global Gaming Expo, October 7-10, in Las Vegas.
The 14th Annual Kick Up Your Heels is a fundraising event to support the GGW Charitable Education Fund. The event supports scholarships and other development offerings for professional women in the gaming industry.
Scheduled for October 9 from 5-7 p.m. at the XS Nightclub at Wynn, Las Vegas, it also will feature the honorees of the Patty Becker Pay It Forward Award

GGW also announced the return of its Sip & Social event, with guest speakers Squeeze Co-founder and CEO Brittany Driscoll and ‘She is Cheval’ Creative Director and Chief Inspiration Officer Hayley Paige. The event, to be held October 10 from 8-10 a.m. at The Venetian Ballroom on Level 2 of The Venetian Expo, includes a light breakfast and networking opportunities.
The event also celebrates honorees of CDC Gaming’s 10 Women Rising in Gaming, in partnership with Global Gaming Women. Prior to the opening of G2E, in a private event to be held October 6th at the El Cortez Hotel & Casino, GGW will recognize all honorees.
Current and prospective GGW members, partners, and allies are invited to the G2E GGW Retreat, October 9, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Venetian Conference Center, Lando 4201AB-4203, 4th floor. The space will feature networking opportunities and include complimentary coffee, tea, and a variety of snacks. There will be a glam station and free professional headshots by Shannon Mason Photography from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Also, guests can experience a leg and foot massage, use electronic charging stations, and enjoy a podcast booth featuring industry leaders, legends, and the next generation of GGW trailblazers.
