Geolocation software provider GeoComply and online sports betting provider Bet.Works announced Thursday that they have entered into an agreement to integrate GeoComply’s geolocation compliance solution into Bet.Works’ online sports betting and iGaming platform.

This partnership will enable Bet.Works to launch their online platform in New Jersey and other states with the assurance that they are compliant with both state and federal geolocation regulations.

“Geolocation compliance is a cornerstone of online sports betting and iGaming,” Bet.Works Chief Operating Officer Quinton Singleton said in a statement. “This partnership with GeoComply allows us to utilize a trusted geolocation solution (in order) to meet stringent state and federal regulations.”

“GeoComply’s technology allows us to fully support both our launch in New Jersey and our roll-out to other states as they gradually legalize sports betting and iGaming. Their solution has been thoroughly tested and approved by government and independent test labs and has proven its ability to meet the challenges of the online sports betting market.”

“Bet.Works has assembled some of the top executives in the sports betting industry and has built a very high level of technical expertise,” Anna Sainsbury, Chairman of GeoComply, said. “Sports betting legislation is in the works in several states, (and) we are excited to be Bet.Works’ geolocation compliance solution partner and to support all of their anticipated launches as the industry continues to expand throughout the US.”
