Gary Platt Manufacturing Wednesday announced the launch of its Sierra Nevada Hospitality division that will focus on banquet, conference, restaurant, bar and hotel seating
Eric Segal has been named president of Sierra Nevada Hospitality.
“For far too long, the hospitality seating industry globally has been focused on function and style,” Segal said in a statement. “We are changing that starting today. The innovative designers and artisans at Gary Platt are bringing comfort, function, and durability to every component of hospitality seating with their signature upgraded foam option.”
The new division marks the first time that Gary Platt’s premium and proprietary foam will be used as components in hospitality chairs. Segal said that the foam, available as a premium upgrade, does not break down even after years of use, and “solidifies the durability and sustainability of all components of the chair for years to come.”
The Sierra Nevada Hospitality division also announced it has secured flagship agreements with Caesars Entertainment and Resorts World Las Vegas.
