Gaming Laboratories International launches GLIAccess

Gaming Laboratories International recently launched a new update to its GLIAccess customer portal. The GLIAccess features client project tracking capabilities, streamlined approvals and onboarding, and improved functionality, all designed to further remove friction from engagement through submissions.

“We are constantly analyzing every customer touch point and making improvements to our service levels. The new GLIAccess is the latest example of that commitment,” GLI Chief Revenue Officer Ian Hughes said in a statement. “For the past 21 years, GLIAccess has been an important tool for our clients. Now we are excited to launch this new version because it provides an even better customer experience with significantly improved features, enhanced self-service, and a wealth of information at your fingertips, making everything more efficient for today’s gaming industry.”

Available 24/7, the GLIAccess improves the customer journey and was built to allow the addition of new features, several of which are planned for release this year.

GLI Vice President of Innovation Sangeeta Reddy spearheaded the project.

GLI is demonstrating GLIAccess at Stand #3J50 at ICE Barcelona.
