Former New Jersey Director of Gaming Enforcement David Rebuck was introduced Tuesday as a special advisor for Integrity Compliance 360.
“We are thrilled to welcome David Rebuck as a Special Advisor to IC360,” said IC360 President Eric Frank in a statement. “The director’s efforts in transforming New Jersey’s gaming industry, especially in internet gaming and sports wagering, makes him an invaluable resource for the company and our clients. His deep regulatory expertise and forward-thinking approach will help IC360 continue to navigate the evolving landscape of gaming compliance.”
Rebuck was appointed as director of New Jersey’s Gaming Enforcement division in April 2011. During his tenure, Rebuck oversaw the launch of internet gaming in 2013 and the overturn of the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act in 2018.
“I am excited to join IC360 at a time when the gaming industry is evolving so rapidly,” Rebuck said. “Having been on the regulatory side, I understand the challenges and complexities the industry faces. IC360’s mission to ensure compliance while supporting innovation is crucial for the industry’s continued growth, and I look forward to contributing my knowledge and experience to help navigate this complex landscape.”
In 2024, Rebuck was honored with the Compliance Lifetime Achievement Award by Vixo. With IC360 he will advise on strategic guidance on compliance matters, drawing from decades of regulatory experience in gaming, internet wagering, and sports betting.
