InfiGifts is working with multiple partners to make gifting work across different gaming modalities.
These latest partner integrations with gifting will be available by the end of 2023. It’s among many new offerings from InfiGifts – the platform that currently allows gifts to be claimed from a players club representative, casino kiosk, and player’s smartphone from within the property.
“One of the ways we’re working to make InfiGifts successful with operators is to get the technology integrated into existing casino technology,” said InfiGifts founder Azam Husain. “Casinos have made big investments in kiosks and casino apps. We want to amplify those existing investments by integrating gifting into those solutions.”
“Gifting is a great way to create player engagement and utilization around the casino app,” he said. “It’s an excellent mechanism for delivering loyalty to a player that extends beyond the four walls of the casino. But it still ensures that the player will give the casino an incremental trip.”
In the mobile experience, the player can see that they, for instance, qualify for a Wednesday promotion between 2pm and 4pm. With InfiGifts geofencing technology, players can see the available gifts, but cannot claim anything until they physically arrive on property.
The first mobile integration with a third-party casino app provider is currently being trialed at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort in Northern California.
“We are excited about our collaboration with InfiGifts. This enhancement will provide our guests with more ways to receive rewards, while incentivizing them to engage with our casino app more often,” said Ireri Arellano, director of marketing at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort.
Integrating InfiGifts into the Rolling Hills Casino mobile solution was remarkably smooth, setting a new benchmark for partner integrations, according to Mark Neely, director of sales and marketing for TPI, which develops apps for casinos and in which InfiGifts integrated its mobile solution for Rolling Hills.
“With no extensive development period required, our collaboration with InfiGifts has showcased the simplicity of introducing gifting features to casino players,” Neely said. Rolling Hills and others have been encouraging InfiGifts to integrate the solution into the casino’s app, Husain said.
“We’re excited to work with partners and operators that are willing to push the envelope of technology in gaming. In the next several months you’ll see us delivering some really engaging player experiences as we work with partners to reimagine gifting in gaming,” Husain said.
